Have you all seen the latest version of Replay Converter?They added A-LOT more file types to their already big list, increased the converting speed 10 fold, and you now can even Burn Video files to DVD Discs directly from the program!
To sum it up,
Replay Converter is truly a great product, I use it DAILY to convert movies and music to fit on my pda my Iphone 3g, and even my PSP (Playstation Portable). You can even convert files to play on your dvd player that were otherwise not playable.
I give it 4.5/5 stars (why not 5 stars you ask? No program is perfect in my opinion, but this gets my highest rating)
