How to Record the Adam Carolla Podcast from http://carollaradio.com/

For those interested, I am recording adams podcasts and playing them in my car the next morning on the way to work. It's a very small mp3 file, I recorded the first one in about 30 seconds. (17000 kb, small easy file to download).
