Vevo is set to be released later this year, though an exact date of release is not set yet.

I'll be posting more info as I get it - but if vevo is anything like youtube, you'll be able to record music videos from it very easily using Replay Media Catcher. If for some reason that does not work, then Replay Video Capture will do the job for sure.
