Well

If they're RTMP flash streams - you can't go wrong with Replay Media Catcher - it doesn't need a URL to record, and picks up MOST flash videos and audio files rather quickly.

If the file is ENCRYPTED, meaning Replay Media Catcher can't do it - you'd want to use Replay Videp Capture, which simply records what you see and hear on your computer screen.

Can you give me a website example you're trying to record from so I can look for myself and make a recommendation?

Thanks!
