Hey hey, good question, I used to have the same issue when I started using Replay Converter, it's easy to fix actually
I'm assuming you're trying to convert a flv/flash file.
First make sure that you have the most recent version of Replay Converter installed. At the PRESENT moment in time, it's version 2.80, but you can download it
HERE (Click on "Try now", and then "Download", it will install the newest version on your machine automatically):
Anyways, If an FLV video converts upside-down try the conversion again with the flip video option enabled. Here's how:
1. In
Replay Converter, click on the Options button.
2. Enable the Edit Target Format Before Starting Conversion Job option.
3. Click OK
4. Run the conversion again. Now, when you perform a conversion, you'll be able to change the conversion parameters. Select the flip video option for this conversion.
Let me know if that does the trick for ya. :-)
