Personally, I've found that Xilisoft is a good converter, BUT it's been very buggy lately and i'm not able convert everything I want.
So i'd have to say, for now my Favorite would have to be Replay Converter, it converts a few less formats, but the ones it's missing are not as popular anyways and I never used them.
My 2ND favorite would be WM Converter, that comes with
WM Recorder Bundle Package
It's features and options are up there with
Replay Converter, it's just not as nice to look at. :-)

Update for August 2008:
Replay Converter has been updated to include A-LOT more formats. Now, i'd have to say it's the #1 Converter, Period. They've increased the conversion speed times 10 it seems, and added A-LOT of new audio and video file formats.
