What is the best program to record video from the Internet ? Options

I need to record 6 lectures from the internet but I don't know what software I need or how to do it. Can someone please help it is very important. Each lecture is a video of about 20 minutes long. Thanks for the help.

It really depends on the type of streaming media

If they're Windows Media Player, or Real Player Videos - you can't go wrong with WM Recorder.

If they're simply live flash (flv/swf) type videos - you might want to use Replay Video Capture.

The only downside to the demo is - you have to re-start the program each time you want to record two more minutes :(

But over all, great program - I love it
